I was quickly acknowledged and told by a staff member that it would be approximately 15 minutes before they could get to us. No problem, I then signed my children in for their cuts. Immediately after signing them in a different staff member came to greet us with "You know it's going to be a while don't you!" I then replied with "I was just told it would be 15 minutes." She then answered a phone call right in my face and held her finger up at me like a dejected teenager. I scribbled my children's name off of the list and went elsewhere. That is absolutely not how I will be treated at any business, considering there are so many hair salons in this area. I will be sure to go out of my way to notify every person I can of this PATHETIC excuse for a salon.

The best salon I have been to in years. Very professional and courteous staff and good prices for their services with fantastic results. Very highly recommend.

Love this place. Always get my hair done here. Love that the stylists here are aware of current styles and always keep it trendy and modern.

Definitely won't be back...unbelievable how incredibly rude the staff was. I dropped a lot of cash in there and was treated like a second class citizen. I took my kids there for service and one of the stylists wouldn't acknowledge me or answer my questions. Then when I friend stopped by to pick something up for me the stylist told my daughter that we "shouldn't be loitering"...last I checked I was paying to be there, not just parked in the lot for something to do. It's unfortunate given that they are in a convenient location and they have great hours..but next time I will just wait for an available appointment elsewhere....Customer service ladies...goes a really long way and believe me I have already told many friends to not waste their time
