I have done business with Jon Pike for years, having purchased used cars from him, and he has serviced my vehicles for many years. He is a superb diagnostician and can quickly discover a problem and fix it at a reasonable price. On one occasion I purchased a car from him and the transmission failed after a few months. He went to bat with the manufacturer on my behalf, fought with them for 3 months until they finally conceded and covered the repair, and for all that time Jon provided me with one of his dealer cars to drive so I would not be without transportation.
