They were great. Very responsive to my problem. Customer service is great from the time they took the call to the actual repair. I was very pleased, I thought that I might have to have the compressor replaced, but it was only the capacitor.

My overall experience with Richter's Heating & Air Conditioning was excellent. I saw a technician working on my next door neighbor's unit and asked him for his card. I just moved into the area and wanted somebody reliable. I saw many advertisements and had other neighbor's recommendation but I didn't act on them.
