About INFINITI PERFORMANCE Infiniti Performance Strength & Speed opened our doors late in 2004 to serve the athletic community, and provide a venue for youth fitness. At the time we were only the second facility in Suffolk County to do so. We have grown over the years, as has the industry. It is truly wonderful that parents, as well as their children have found the benefits of such training to be a worthwhile pursuit. Like any other expanding industry, many new competitors enter the marketplace in search of handsome earnings. This is also wonderful, in that it offers the customer options, and also demands that existing businesses continue to improve and provide for their clients. However, when searching for a facility/training staff, one must understand that it is not always "apples to apples". Do your due diligence and ask questions that matter. Group size and grouping protocol? Individualized programs or "one size fits all"? Periodization or random progression of exercises? Certification level of trainers? WE ARE VERY PROUD OF THE FACT THAT ALL OF OUR TRAINERS HOLD THE HIGHEST CERTIFICATION IN THE WORLD! It is universally recognized that the National Strength & Conditioning Association's title of Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) is the absolute pinnacle of the profession. Our mission statement in 2004, as well as today is to provide a personalized, educational, progressive training environment to our clients no matter their age, or ability level.
