I came in to have a cap put on a tooth, but while speaking with Dr. Efron I mentioned I may want to pursue an implant on the tooth behind it. Dr. Hofer came in soon after and advised me he could not only extract the tooth but insert the implant the same day. Minutes later he was working on my extraction. I was amazed at how he was able to numb the area enough that I essentially only felt pressure in the area.
