UPS failed to deliver my package as promised. I was told it is sitting in the Bellingham warehouse. They never bothered to unpack the freight for Saturdays delivery. There is no excuse for this and I demand a refund for the cost of shipping. Being lazy is unacceptable and those responsible must be held accountable.

When I stopped for a school bus in Bellingham Washington at sunset, the UPS driver was in the parking lot behind Safeway. I was following the law because the bus driver had the stop lights on and up. When the bus drive took it down. I waited to ensure that it was ok to drive and had the right of way as, I was on the street and the UPS driver was in the parking lot. As I began to start driving, the UPS drive quickly cut me off and pulled out into the street. If I did not slam my breaks on, I would have been hit. I honked at the driver. He drove so fast in the speed zone, I could not even get a license plate number it was probably 72425 something but on top of being wreckless, he was speeding. I called customer service at an 800 number and they told me UPS would call within an hour. NOBODY CALLED ME BACK. there is not local number. Next time I will call the police. With so many children in the area and this driver being wreckless who knows what can happen. I avoided an accident because I slammed on the breaks. I will never ship with UPS if I can help it.

It's a shame I did not get the name of the lady that assisted me, she was incredibly helpful. After being disappointed by the choices on the automated voice system, I asked for "customer service" and she came on. Very rare that a person goes out of their way to be so helpful these days. I cannot say enough about it. I also have a package on hold with another company I shall not name, and they were polite but unhelpful and ineffective. Thank you UPS for for helping me make sure my package arrives on time.
