      can not be trusted, paid one price and then wanted more in order to complete the agreement

      Their staff made a mistake and charged us the wrong price, we didn't want to pay the new price and we went to pick up our items. They wanted to charge a fee to recover the loss of not having the business, because their staff made the mistake.
