I had a tune up done to the price of 700.00 and then was told they don't take credit cards. When I Iater went to another mechanic for work,all of the belts that Proformance had replaced in my car were the wrong size. Not only did they rip me off but didn't even use the right parts for my car. I am a single woman and was taken big time and all he wanted to do was make another appointment for more expensive work. BEWARE!

This place is honest and friendly. As I pulled up onto the lot, I was greeted right away, and asked what was the issue with my car. I already knew what was wrong with my car, since I had gone to other places and checked online. They offered the lowest price than all the other competitors had, and didn't try to sell me anything else. (there was something wrong with my brakes). They quickly repaired my car in less than a hour, and I was a happy camper.

I've now had two excellent experiences with Glenn and co. at Proformance. Both times they have fixed my 10 year old Jaguar efficiently and for WAY cheaper than I was quoted elsewhere. I'm a fan and heartily recommend them.

If I can save money and have my car worked on at a trusted shop, Im all for that. They actually came in under the quote and earlier than they said they would have the repairs done. I would highly recommend Glen and the guys at Proformance Auto.

Fair, good prices and they give a little extra effort. No discrimination against people who know little or nothing about cars except putting your feet on the gas and brakes. I feel lucky this business is here for me and my fam.

I am a Canadian who took my car into Proformance Auto to get an oil change and systems check on my vehicle. I left the vehicle and went shopping while it got looked at. Glenn was honest with me and told me the vehicle was in good shape but needed an air conditioning service which I anticipated. Unfortunately, while lifting my vehicle onto the hoist my tire sidewall got punctured. This was a $350 tire. Glenn did everything he could to try and find a match. After 2 hours he told me that there was no way he could get the tire that day and put my spare on so I could get home. He apologized and told me he was going to make this right. Long story short, the tire was impossible to get as they were on back order. Glenn honored his word and purchased 2 new snow tires of the same quality at a cost to him of $750. In the end, it cost me nothing. Glenn could have been an idiot about the whole thing and dragged it out. Instead he did the right thing. I would recommend him to anyone. Mike

All Canadian drivers should stay away from this crook Glen. He appears to be very friendly, funny and super polite; he uses his tricks to take you in. Some time ago I broke down close to Bellingham on the way back to Van-city. The repairs took 2 days and was way more expensive than what Glen initially estimated would be. He added extras on the final bill saying that it took more parts and labour than he first thought. The bill was way more what any Canadian Tire in Canada would have charged me for the same work! All Canadians stay away from this crook Glen.
