Founded in 1975, Hillcrest Kids is a childcare center and school serving children from the age of 1 year to 12 years. Based in Bellingham, Wash., it is a Christian organization housed in the facilities of Hillcrest Chapel. Offering a large fenced play area, fun equipment and more, Hillcrest Kids provides a full-range of programs from early years and pre-school through grade five and additional elementary programs during summer and school break. It offers weekly themes, special guests for subjects such as water safety and community emergency services, field trips and age appropriate activities as part of its programs. The school provides training opportunities to its staff in cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), first aid and more. Hillcrest Kids is licensed by the Washington State Department of Social and Health Services.
