Long story short, I've been dealing with a warranty issue for aprox.15 Months now on my LCD TV. I'm not sure if the manufacture has been a part of the delay because I can never get anyone on the phone & when I do I can't get a straight answer. Now they were supposed to be at my home at 10am to finish the repair & they are 2.5hrs. late & I still cannot get anyone on the phone, all I get is voicemail. Worst customer service I have ever experienced, VERY frustrating!!!!!
