My husband and I experience living at 16251 Woodruff Ave. was great. The manager were awesome, the neighobors were friendly, and it was a clean enviroment to live in. When requested, repairs were fixed in timely manner. We were sadden when we had to move to a bigger place but if a three bedroom should open we will love to move back to 16251 Woodruff Ave. Bellflower, CA 90706.

I live in the building 16628 woodruff ave This building when from good to bad in matter of weeks we have a new manager and people here just do wherever they want I seen people drinking beer and eating pizza in the pool area the minute you walk in the smell of pot Is all over the place and the smell of regular cigarettes when the other manager was here nothing like this ever happen it went from classic to trashy a lot of black people The pool is been closed to times in 2 weeks because this gettho people don't use swimming suits they use shorts and teeshirts so the pool became cloudy soo sad
