I can't say enough nice things about the service I was given at Eddies after I hit acurb and had a tire blowout. Art did the wheel alignment and spent atleast 10 minutes with me explaining the alignment procedure and assuring me the damage was only to adjustments and if any problem developed with alignment that required a followup it would be free of labor charges. Art described a part costing about $38as possible weak point and even wrote the part # and cost for me (just incase the alignment did not hold). The alignment was perfect and I had no problems. As a woman I found the personal time spent by Art very reassuring and appreciated his professionalism. If the problem had occurred, I would have been prepared and knew what to do and that it would only cost about $38. This was the 3rd time I purchased tires at Eddies and each time I have had great service with low price.Lori Moss
