BRC has a steady flow of customers from the time they open til they close. There are three scales and two bailers to accommodate and keep the customer line moving. Common sense on the customers part when it comes to sorting your recycling helps determine how qiuckly you get the money you came for. Do it wrong your stay is long! BRC is the only recycling center ( that I know of ) that has customer appreciation with free coffee & dounuts in the morning plus they have gift shelves where you can choose a gift from a selection of items at different values for the points you recieve from the total of crv's you cashed in So don't forget to check your reciepts. If you're physically disabled no problem there's parking and customer assistance just for you so let them know you need help. Oh and just for knowledge there are camera's everywhere which means those of you who are inconsiderate and rudely leaving your trash all over the parking lot they see who you are... "You Gotta Keep em Seperated"

Operators scrutinize every container to find one that is in wrong sort. Signage at center as to how to sort is terrible. No one seems to know until you get to the scale to have your material weighed. Staff will make you redo your entire sort of colored glass, PET plastic, etc if one item found in wrong bucket. Pennysaver add to match competitors price in specified geographic area is misleading. States "No other internet coupons are accepted. Leading you to believe internet coupons from specified geographic area will be honored. They aren't!! You will end up with a low ball price for you recycle product.
