Quality Business Systems provides a broad line of imaging solutions, including sales and service of digital connected copiers, printers, digital color copiers, high-speed network printers, digital fax machines, electronic presentation systems and digital networking services in Seattle. Its parent company, Global Imaging Systems, is a business with a national identity, but Quality remains a distinctly local company, with offices in Tacoma and Redmond, Wash. In business since 1977, the company is more than an equipment provider, it develops customized solutions to client office productivity needs. QBSI earned its national reputation in 1995 when it introduced the first 50-page-per-minute digital copier with full connectivity. At that time, Hewlett-Packard selected Quality as one of only five dealers to represent the manufacturer in the United States.
