I would like to know why my purse was the only one searched the whole time I was there until I asked the officer why I was the only one that had been searched an if it was because I had facial piercings an tattoos. He said he could not tell me why he chooses certain people to search. I thought that was pretty funny.

So easy. I was in and out in 15 min. I never review any place but it was that easy I bought I had too because I was dreading going.

Keep right at the fork, follow signs for NE 8th Street. Turn right onto 120th Ave NE and look for building on left. From Interstate 405 southbound: Take Exit 13B for NE 8th Street East. Merge onto NE 8th Street. Turn right onto 120th Ave NE and look for building on left. Free parking is available in the buildings front and rear parking lot.

They have actually been pretty helpful to me. There is a phone triage but I have them call and they have always called back within a reasonable amount of time. Vicki Todd

So far I've been on hold for over six minutes. The automated messaging service was horrible. Incredibly slow and dumbed down. Maybe some people who call in are mentally challenged so they have to do this Idk. But so far my experience calling in is very sub par.

I have found the people in the Social Security Office to be extremely helpful. My father's situation is complex, and the office staff couldn't be more sympathetic and helpful. The phone system is a problem, and you will wait for a long time. But this is what you get when no one wants to pay taxes for social services! Go into the office and you will get excellent help.

Absolutely the worst support I have ever encountered. The automated system would not stop even after recognizing that I wanted to talk to a person. It was unhelpful, irritating, discouraging, useless and apparently designed to prevent a discussion with a real person. I was trying to correct an input error made by the SS staff, the system would only send me a form, yet the communication I received said I should contact SS within 10 days. I have called the number to report this error 3 times to no avail.
