      After my father had removed all the spots that the other cleaners wasn't able to, he cleaned the garments and sent them back to her. She, first, sent an email informing us of their receipt. In it she says: "I want to thank you for your kindness and thoughtfulness . You do wonderful work and you are great folks to have worked with."

      Can't give it a zero, or I would. After showing them a shirt I had laundered there that was damaged and dirty around the entire collar, they made excuses about how they had never seen that happen before. Didn't offer to even refund my money for cleaning the shirt, let alone the damage. I left it with him to "see what he could do" and he never called me back. When I returned two weeks later for the shirt, all I got was excuses. Pathetic and cowardly. Do yourself a favor and get your shirts done somewhere else.
