One of the worst attorney's I ever had the misfortune to deal with. He cost me severl thousands of $'s due to his inaction and "being nice" to my ex's attorney. If she missed a deadliine, he would allow delays. I also lost out on about $4000 in back support I had paid even though I had my son. Again, this was due to his inattention and lack of action.
Phil Shuckin is a great attorney and I highly recommend him. He's one of those few that actually looks out for your best interest and not just lining his own pocket. Hire him iwth complete confidence!
