This cafe appears inside and out to be a clean and nice place to eat.If lucky to pass by there at night you will see that it is not like that so much.You might be surprised by seeing that bakers smoke while pulling bread out of the oven, as well as when the dough is being checked in.This is also followed by the bakers not washing there hands when they are done smoking.As far as I am concerned this is as bad as a place having a rat problem or even staff not washing hands after using the restroom.Thank god there is one near by in redmond to go to.
