My initial experience last summer was a great one, exam/glasses but I expect great so didn't take time to review. I am writing this review now because of their excellent customer service. My dog chewed the daylights out of my glasses and I brought them in to see if maybe the frame could be salvaged and I'd replace lenses. I was pretty impressed when the optician offered to cover the whole thing under warranty right off the bat, even though it was my fault, well my dog's fault. That's when I write a review. Very satisfied customer.
