Recently I had a flood in my basement. I looked at a few flooring stores in Bellevue to replace the carpet. Great Floors got my business. Susan Veno a sales person there helped me. She was GREAT. She turned me on to a flooring product better then carpet for less money. She knew what she was doing and I felt like I got a good deal. No problems with the installation, all went fine, no surprises and the guys were very professional. I'll go back to Great Floors.
