Finally an honest mechanic

If your looking for an honest shop look no further. I normally don't write reviews but Europa Imported Services saved me thousands of dollars by performing only the actual work my 2001 Volvo XC70 needed. After a visit to Barrier Motors Volvo in Renton, I was told my car needed a new transmission after a LED sensor light came on. With the value of my car only being about $11,000 the Volvo dealership had me looking at buying a new vehicle. I did some research online and located Al at Europa and took them my car. The only problem with the vehicle was a bad speed sensor and the rest of the transmission was fine; what a relief after being told I needed a new $5000 dollar transmission. I was really impressed with the manager Al and we had a long discussion about how many repair shops and mechanics lie to unknowing customers to drive up labor on service bills. Al explained to me that his shop was family owned business and ethically it was their commitment to run an honest shop because word of mouth is very powerful. Since then I have taken my car back to Europa of Bellevue and with each visit I am grateful I've finally found someone I can really trust. This shop has never tried to drive up labor and will have my business from now on because they deserve it. In a world full of liars and cheats it is refreshing to find someone who actually wants to earn their paycheck and puts greed aside. I hope this review would help Europa with future business. FINALLY A HONEST MECHANIC!
