General Info

Everyone has a deep drive to want to thrive and love their life. Unfortunately, things happen and patterns get in the way. I specialize in helping people to break free of what is bugging them and thrive in their lives. Life coaching, inutitive counseling, and hypnosis combine to create powerful tools, that are very helpful in building new life skills, breaking free of old patterns, flowing with life more smoothly and authentically, improving concentration, increasing confidence, and much more. As I continue learning more about holistic health, the more I'm amazed at how much the physical body has a HUGE impact on the emotional and mental health. Part of what I share with my clients is the information I've learned, and simple ways they can improve physically as we shift the habits and patterns emotionally and mentally. Most of my clients are already working with allied health professionals (naturopaths, chiropractors, massage/bodyworkers, accupuncturists, and holistic MD's). For those that aren't I'm happy to share my referral network of these professionals that I've developed over the years. I've truly come to believe that no one professional can bring anyone to optimal health and wellbeing, but rather our wellbeing is more of a basket woven of different threads and perspectives that create a stronger healthier whole person.
