Eastgate Elementary School operates under Bellevue School district and offers educational programs to students in grades kindergarten through five. Its curriculum includes reading, writing, English, mathematics, social studies, science and language arts. In addition, it provides full-day kindergarten program, English as a second language classes, gifted and talented education programs, special education and preschool and childcare programs. The school offers a wide range of activities, such as stamp club, ballet, science club, drama club, world language classes, and parent and child book club. It organizes various events for its students, including young authors conference, talent show, reflections, science fair, make it and take it night, family fun night, student banking, school assemblies and art imagination program. Its parent-teacher organization involves parents in various fund-raising and volunteer activities of the school. Eastgate Elementary is located in Bellevue, Wash.
