My husband and I were the only two in the restaurant at 5pm on a Friday. The ketchup he poured on his fries was bubbling, but we did not think it was a huge issue. I grabbed the bottle, shook it to get the ketchup to the top and when I began to take off the cap, it exploded all over me. Long story short, the server just apologized and handed me a rag, I was covered in ketchup, from my face, hair, arms and shirt, but they did not offer to remake our food, nor comp the meal. Instead, she asked if we wanted dessert and when we declined, said "Oh, we were going to give you free dessert." Thanks, but no thanks. Paid $25 for two sandwiches and sodas and on the way out were left with "Thank you! So sorry! have a great night!" Seriously??
