I was terrified of the dentist my whole life. When I called to make the appointment the woman on the phone went over everything that would happen at my first appointment and put me at complete ease. She was understanding of my fear and when I went in for the first time it went down exactly how she said and the Dr. was straight up about what needed to be done and explained Every step of what I needed to have done. For me this is what I needed.

I had a tooth checked out and x-rayed by Dr.(?) Storm and I was told it was fine. Anyone with 1 eyeball could see there was something wrong with it. Instead of getting a second opinion I trusted his word. Anyway I am eating a sandwich and the tooth (main incisor) just breaks in half. Reluctantly, after trying to make appointments with other dentists on a Friday afternoon, I called Dr(?) Storm to see if he could help me. "I can't give you an appointment. You missed your hygienist appointment." An appointment that was made 6 months ago without a phone call reminder.
