1)Did not install color or brand of shingle ordered

2)Incorrectly installed tar paper. Voids 30yr shingle warranty & allows moisture through

3)New roof leaked immeditately through the stack. To 'fix' they sloppily applied a drastically different colored silicon in the manner of a child. Looks terrible!

4)Puckered, raised shingles. Wavy looking roof! Whole roof looks terrible!

5)Workers tore gutters away from house with their ladders. They even stayed late to sort of repair them. MC denies any wrong doing!



My neighbor got a better roof from a guy selling them door-to-door! I wish I had my 9year old roof back!
