Provided by YP.comI'm just rating 5 stars because I was Irritated by reading the Karen comment that was left. If you go to a store 6-7 times a week, why only rate it when you've had a bad experience?
The lines on the weekends are inexcusable ! The Mgr. needs to come from the back and up front to the register's on the weekends. Whoever does your pricing is WAY OFF ? You have woman's perfume in the display case that's been their for 2 weeks. It's NYC Perfume and priced at $ 100.00 ? New on E-Bay is $ 83.00 ? You have a Fender x15 Amp for $80.00, used on E-Bay, same as you have $ 40.00 ? And it goes on. I thought the purpose of this store was to help people ? Your pricing is Retail AT BEST ? The employee's are very nice, Corky, Rita to name a few just can't remember names. even the Mgr. is a nice guy, but he just needs to be up-front on the weekends at ALL TIMES ? When they have a price problem on the cash register or they need to void a sale they have to call in the back and WAIT until someone comes up front ! I guess a MGR. ? C'mon folk's, it's GOODWILL. NOT MACY'S ? Ease up . You have one employee their not to mention his name but he goes WAY overboard with regulations. EX : If a person has an OBVIOUS $ 1.00 item not priced, he won't sell it if he can's make out the sale price etc. AGAIN, C'mon, OBVIOUS $1.00 item, and not a Macy's $ 500.00 item ? After the weekend sales, the shelves are usually empty for 2 to 3 day's ? Love employee's, hate pricing and regulations. Common sense need's to start prevailing here !

Provided by YP.comOn 10/15/14 I visited this particular store just as I do 6 to 7 day's a week ! The store has an adequate amount of signs telling the parents that NO kid's are allowed to play with the toy's if they are not supervised by their parents, NO exceptions ! Around 5:00 pm on this particular night, 4 kid's were doing just that. They were running around the store yelling and screaming, coming close to the shoppers with no regard to safety. They were running WILD ! I am disabled, as were many of the patrons their, and if one of these kid's would have stepped on my feet, I would have had to have been rushed to the hospital. Mr. Gross, a mgr. I believe, was running one of the cash registers. He has been very helpful in the past, and very professional. I have NO problem with him, he works his tail off, and was doing just that or he would have corrected the problem, believe me.The other mgr., bald on top but I don't know his name, was just walking around ( as he always does ) acted as if he was oblivious to what was going on around him. EVERYONE in the store was complaining ( except for the kid's parents ) and this guy did his usual, NOTHING !I am sorry if I seem blunt and unprofessional, but it is what it is ! I know a little bit about Goodwills operations, I have a B.A. in Social Work, and Goodwill was one of my companies biggest employers of young adults with disabilities. I actually worked as a job coach in a few stores. I am retired. Also I have had a few instances with the rather large gentleman with a beard that prices the goods before they go out to the floor. If you question him on something, he becomes argumentative at times, and can make you feel uncomfortable !I also seen a few things donated that I watched very carefully ( everyday, sometimes 3xs a day ) because I wanted to buy them, but I guessed I missed them, because I never seen them hit the sales floor ! I will spare you the answer I received when I questioned the status of the goods ? The goods sometimes are priced retail, and you need an eye glass to find where the price is marked .I have a few more problems I encountered, but again I will spare you at this time. Great location, it pulls from 3 to 4 different cities, but I am seeing fewer and fewer Ohio, and Ind. license plates. I hear the same reason day after day, the prices are to high. I really believe that store could be doing twice the business it does, seriously !If it was my store, only Mr. Gross would be safe as far as a job goes, the others need to get to a workshop on many different issues and would have 90 days to shape up ! And that's being generous !!!
