Belleville Elementary School is an educational institution that serves more than 135 students in pre-kindergarten through grade one. It offers classes in reading, writing, science, math, music, computer applications, physical education and language arts. The school provides an early childhood program and offers speech and occupational therapies for students with special needs. The school maintains a library that stocks books, newspapers and periodicals. It is a part of the School District of Belleville, which was established in 1962 and serves over 900 students through several elementary, intermediate, middle and high schools.
