Plan on spending 3 hours to get your nails done. I made an appointment and they still took people ahead of me. They don't have their priorities in order. They put a lady in the foot spa and left her there for half a hour and left to take care of another customer. I walked out twice and will never go there again. I gave them a second chance when I made the appointment, when they did not honor it I walked out again and will never go back. I give them zero stars.
