I used to do business with this agency and every time I called a new employee was picking up the phone. When I used to go to the office the young lady who was working there at the time used to cry in front of me telling me how much she hated working their because of some kind of work related notes the boss would leave for her and because the boss was extremely picky for everything. She hated the fact that the place smelled like a fish tank. The owner looked liked she liked to eat a lot more than tending to her business. Very unprofessional and costs are too high.

The most annoying place to work ever. The owner is so full of nonsense and I'm so glad I got out of there.

Poor Customer service. No accountability for their own mistakes and errors.
