I have been using Arista for over ten years but i felt like the prices they charged me were outrageous sometimes. When i switched to ICS the personal service was night and day. The technicians are well spoken and communicate every aspect of their work. The prices are always reasonable and they know me by my name...not my account number. Highly recommended

Great service. Helpful office staff, automated computerized reports and fair prices. I have used them on my rental properties, and have recommended them to friends and family. I wish every service company i used was like this.
