The first visit the wait was over in hour in the very small overcrowed waiting room. The chair are old and uncomfortable. After that the was another 15 minute wait in the treatment room. All he did was dry cut my Mother's nails. They were left jagged and terrible looking. I took my Mother again after 6 weeks. Again the visit was over an hour. We finally left without seeing the Doctor. No once did any of the office staff speak to us about the delay. That was almost 2 months ago. The office still has not called to see why we left r to see if my Mother was okay. My feeling is if you make an appointment I make sure I am there on time. Why is it that a Doctor feels it is okay not to keep his appointments on time. This may have been eased if he had a friendy, concerned, professional staff.
