I am a business owner in Belleville, my Mail Route man is really great, but it is much more convenient since I am generally the only one in the business during the day to have a P. O. Box. The people at the Post Office know my wife an I by first name, and they make going to the Post Office a good experience. They are always very helpful, courteous, and know both of us by first name. I was in the hospital a while, and they helped us through that situation.

I have been treated very well and given every consideration at this office. When the office is even slightly busy the manager will come to the line to accept pickups and deliveries to shorten the line. The clerks soon recognize me and help with my situation as a homeless person. The office is clean and well kept. The atmosphere is pleasant... Thanks Charles Tiberend
