PES is a great company, I found their staff to be very respectful and polite. I really appreciated all of the hard work they came out and did, they did a fantastic job on my intercom system! I would absolutely recommend this company to anybody who is in need of a phone system, intercom system, security system, etc! To the previous comment listed trying to slander the name: They do in fact have the wrong company. The other is based out of Utah and PES is solely based out of Belleville.

the person who has written the previous review obviously has not done any research into the company they reviewed. They are no doubt confusing Pinnacle Electronic Systems with the company called Pinnacle Security based out of Utah.

Don't let the salesman hurry you into signing without reading the whole contract. Their system does not work with digital phone service without extra, costly equipment. It is also overpriced - a huge percentage of what you pay goes to the salesman and his supervisors in their pyramid scheme. You can find better.
