wish I could give zero stars

This company clearly does not care about it's customers. I am renting a house that already had a Midwestern tank. After calling around I found that Midwestern ' propane is $0.50 to $1 more than the other companies in the area. I was able to talk to a sales rep who gave me a better price at Midwestern than what I was initially quated. I assume this was so they could get my business. Now that I need to refill that is not happening again. Not sure if the sales rep us just having issues or if he simply can't try to price match anymore.

As my lease is up I did not want to refill my tank completely, and I had a few unexpected bills pop up. Midwestern will only refill the tank if you order 200 gallons. I don't need, or want, that much. Nor can I afford it at this time. A one time thing that does not require ongoing purchase assistance (which they suggested I look into). I have been forced to get 200 gallons and am hoping to be paid back for any amount i dont use once my house lease is up. If for some reason i do decide to stay here i will be switching propane companies. Do yourself a favor and do not even start using midwestern.

Our final review will be writt...

Our final review will be written after we receive a response from the company. We recently purchased a home with a leased tank from this company that is 23 years old. We called about purchasing. First we were told it was not their policy to sell tanks. (We know they have sold them before). Next we were quoted a price of that is equal of the cost of a new tank ($1100). When this tank was brand new it sold for $700. We explained this, and were told they would have to speak with a manager and contact us. We are still awaiting contact. We are praying for a reasonable outcome.
