I purchased the fence/materials and installed on my own. Took way too long it get the materials...had to call several times just to make sure the order was placed. i was one post short; could not get them to respond so I could get another post. waited 2 months; finally I went elsewhere.

installation was amazing. attitude of workers was great. My fence looks awesome.
Initially had to call several times before they finally arranged to install the fence. After fence was installed the gate post rose up due to winter freeze. The gate latch does not align. I have called three times without a return call to arrange to have the post reset. I even offered to pay (no reference to any warrenty) without a call back. After my initial installation I recommended them to neighbors but they did not return calls to those people either. Neighbors finally went to other fence companies to have their work done. Very unreliable. Currently filing a complaint with the BBB.
