Must visit 2 to 3 times a month and always impressed with service and the meals. Never turned down for special request or mixing things up a little when ordering.

Understand the facility is "now hiring"--better consider before purchasing food here. Ordered well done chicken and received chicken undone and so greasy the skin actually slid off the meat. When returned, employee said "that's the way it is made and there was nothing she could do to resolve the problem". Hello--if food is not cooked thoroughly, just drop it back in the heated oil to cook to customer's liking. All I got at this point was a dumb look, apparently not understanding a word said. Immediately requested refund. How much common sense would it have taken to take care of the problem? Guess common sense is dated.
