A friend had ordered several Christmas gifts from them to be delivered. She asked one of the friends how was the wine that was supposed to be included. The friend responsed that there was no wine. Same response from the other two friends. She called Cheese Keeper and they were not very apologetic and said she still got her value as her workers would have looked at the cost of the basket and put in the correct amount of merchanise. I don't think that was the point - my friend ordered wine to go with it. If you order from them - ask them to let you know if there is to be any sustitutions included in your order.
