Manager Nealy and Staff are the most professional and helpful people in the business. When I was faced with storing contents of my sister's home in The Villages in a climate - controlled environment, I dreaded what I might encounter. I made a couple of calls and easily found out how easy it could be. The Staff at the Ocala Hwy. 441 location, walked me through the process that would require the furniture items to go to Belleview for a climate controlled unit. I mean this outstanding staff truly cared and helped me in every way possible! After four months of storage, we just had the unit emptied, as my sister has returned from California and has chosen to reside closer to me in Ocala:)
