I do not recommend this business at all. They are greatly overpriced, and lost multiple expensive items of my clothing. The owner was very rude and unprofessional to say the least when I asked him to please look for them. It was the second time this happened, and he declared loudly that they were very careful, and do not lose clothes. He went on to blame me by saying the problem was that I asked for same day service, and had a large order. If they are unable to do same day service at any time they shouldn't promise it, and if they do not want large orders from local business owners like myself they should explain that as well. It certainly isn't my fault in any way that they lost my property. I let him know I would have to go elsewhere, and he did not apologize or attempt to keep my business in any way. Save yourself money and aggravation by going to a dry cleaners who values your business, treats you well and keeps track of your clothing.
