The Recital at the end of the year is always short and sweet, usually 2 hours or less which is a major bonus!

Shantel's Dance Academy has been a second home for years! The studio is very well Kept up and has lots of space for the dancers to learn. They offer a wide variety of classes for all ages and the teachers are very passionate at what they do.

My daughter has been taking lessons from Shantel for the past 10 years. In that time she has developed a love and a passion for the art and aspires to make it her future career. She wants to "grow up to be like Mrs. Shantel" - and I could not have asked for a better inspiration or role model! Shantel and her teachers not only teach dancing, they share their own love of the art with the students. The classes are disciplined but fun, with Shantel being involved with every class. The staff teaches techniques and steps in all the dance disciplines in large studios. She feels she is part of a family and has made many friends. She has learned the importance of self-discipline, about keeping a commitment, working as a team, supporting friends, and practicing hard. She has grown in her self-confidence, learned humility and grace and the ability to receive praise and criticism. I couldn't think of another place she'd rather be than with Shantel, and I 100% agree with her!

Shantel's Dance Academy is a wonderful dance school which my daughter has been attending for the last 11 years. She has learned so much as a dancer and has made many friends throughout the years. This dance Academy has given her the discipline she needs to mature as a young lady and to become an independent individual. She has developed into a very confident person who is passionate about dance. Thanks to Shantel and her staff, my daughter understands the importance of practicing, working hard and being dedicated in order to excel in all that she does. This studio is more than a dance academy but an amazing family atmosphere full of opportunities and an inspiration to the community. The studio is well maintained and state of the art large dance classrooms. Shantel believes in finding opportunities for each girl to give back to the community and share their love of dance.
