  This service is for Hard Drives, RAID Arrays, Flash Memory / Thumb Drives, Cell Phones, and Tablets. Item will have to be sent to our affiliated data recovery specialist to be evaluated. Evaluation costs $100 up front. Once evaluated, we can give you an exact estimate of what it will cost to do the recovery.

• DOD Standard FormatPer Drive: $150.00
  A DOD Department of Defense) standard format is when you destroy all the data on the drive by overwriting it several times making sure your data is destroyed. The process takes quit some time and is a bit expensive but if you need to be 100% your data can never be recovered we do offer the service.

• iPhone screens are backed with a lifetime hardware malfunction warranty. This covers the hardware going bad, not recognizing touch, not powering on, but does not cover accidents like water damage or being dropped.

• Pricing on Android components vary based on market value at times. Call us and we will check- this benefits you (as the customer) by adjusting prices in case of a drop. Given Android's extremely varied share of cell phones, sometimes the phones in question are cheaper to replace than to repair.

  Just like iPhone repairs, most can be handled in one setting. Others are not so fortunate and need extensive research. The time and pricing to those vary based on difficulty. You will need your Google account information to retrieve data.

  The PS4's primary weak point is the HDMI port. This is a very common issue. This repair involves micro soldering.

TV Repair - LCD/LED/Plasma

• TV repair is possible, but replacement parts are getting harder to find. Often, we need have the TV here to locate replacement parts. Schematics are rarely available. We can repair a TV, but because of space, difficulty, and time requirements, we ask for an evaluation fee.
• Service Fee for TVs$40.00
  This is our up front fee to work on any TV without a broken screen. This is required upon receiving your item and will count towards the total.

• TV Recycling
  In the event that you do not want to repair a TV or it is not possible, we offer recycling services. We currently do not accept older CRT (tube) TVs and rear-projection TVs due to space limitations. Tube TVs are $1 per inch Corner to Corner with $20 Min. to recycle.

Media to DVD Conversion

• We can convert music and movies of sentimental value (or any value, really) into modern data on disc or drive.

  These conversions can be pricey because they have to be recorded in real time, causing labor time to increase dramatically.

• 8mm & 16mm FilmCost Per Foot: $0.50
  For this service its charged by the foot. We ask for a rough estimate of how many feet of film you have that will need transferred.

Selling to and Recycling with Us

• All prices depend on make, model, quality, and condition. We may offer more for higher quality items that can be refurbished and resold. ALL items require in store inspection. We can normally give 25% - 35% of the value of the item.
