I absolutely love and crave the Chicago style Grubb's choice. Best thing I've ever eaten. I've been a diehard Gusano's fan for a few years now, but I went in a few weeks ago and a little girl that worked there was so unnecessarily hateful, I wanted to boycott ever going back. Now I wish that I didn't like the pizza so much! I have since quit recommending them. This girl has worked there for quite a while. I remember seeing her there before and it's always been clear that she strongly dislikes dealing with people. She talked to me so rudely I was shocked. Then she complained to the other girls who were trying to work about other customers who came in with me sitting right in front of her lobby waiting for my order! I was astonished... Great business and atmosphere for a sports pizzeria, but they may want to be careful about who is representing the company. I felt like I was paying to be treated like yesterday's trash.Ruined the Gusano's experience for me.
