Founded in 1968, the Pungo Christian Academy is a Christian school that offers Bible classes along with academic curriculum. It provides a range of educational and extracurricular programs for students in pre-kindergarten through grade 12. The school offers classes in various subjects, such as business management, science, health, history, and arts and crafts. The Pungo Christian Academy also teaches foreign languages, music, biology, chemistry and physical science. The school participates in various sports activities that include baseball, golf, football, basketball, volleyball and softball. Its Booster Club that administers the complete sports program of the academy, as well as sponsors projects and activities for elementary students. The Pungo Christian Academy is located in Belhaven, N.C.
