I have filed a complaint with Paypal and with the BBB. I ordered an oily side, 5.5oz. I received something closer to 2.5oz, and it wasn't even oiled - it had some sort of spray sheen on it. I contacted them about the issue, they told me to return it for a refund, but they wouldnt' cover the cost of shipping it. Their communication has been sporadic at best, taking over a week to respond, and they refuse to pay for return shipping for THEIR error. Leather is heavy, why should I have to pay around $50 to mail something back when it wasn't my mistake? I shouldn't be at a loss for purchasing from them. I have a small business and buy a lot of leather and leather products. I bought a hide from them to test them out. They fail.
