We bought a condo in Poulsbo that was, at best, "outdated". Initially thinking we would buy new kitchen cabinets, counter tops and flooring, though we had more on our list. We only had 4 weeks to get the work done before moving in. The "big box" stores quoted a 12-16 week time-frame which would not even come close to meeting our schedule. In short, he transformed a very dated condo into a new home that we love, it's awesome - far beyond any expectations!
