I have the misfortune of being forced to rely on this company that my home owners association has contracted with for illegally parked cars. In most cases, nobody answers the phone. When someone did answer once, he claimed to have taken down my information and said someone would be out soon. An hour later, I called back and it sounded like I woke him from a nap. I told him I was still waiting and he said someone was on their way. I asked him if he had my information and address and he mumbled some random numbers and the wrong street as he insisted he had the information. Two hours later, I called again and I got the same thing. Someone was on their way and it was obvious at this point that he didn't even know who I was. No one ever showed up. Since then, I have tried to reach them on at least a dozen different times and no one answers the phone.
