About Dr. Bellantoni Dr. Jon Bellantoni attended Yale University before graduating from the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. He completed his residency in obstetrics and gynecology at Johns Hopkins and is board certified in the specialty. In 1988, Dr. Bellantoni joined the practice founded by his father, Dr. Leopold Bellantoni, and Dr. John Carriere, and the group has grown into what is now Susquehanna OB/GYN under his management. Dr. Bellantoni has a special focus in menopause issues, osteoporosis, irregular bleeding, in-office surgeries, preconception counseling, as well as healthcare reform and medical quality issues.
