It has been two years since Harford County residents have had a shoe repair shop of their own. Now finally after many requests, Clarke's has opened a second location and it is right in the heart of downtown Bel Air at 23 South Main St. behind the Boyd Fulford Pharmacy and the Main St. Tower Restaurant. Clarke's has been in business repairing thousands of shoes and purses in Baltimore County (Dundalk) since 1991. They provide a much needed quality service and will make your shoes look and feel like new again.
