I am really displeased with the service I received while trying to order a cell phone for my son during christmas. First it took over an hour for the young lady to figure out how to place the order, She wandered back and forth with my credit card in hand trying to complete the tranaction,Then when no phone arrived after christmas I was told they didnt know why and i should come into store to reorder. There I was met with a young woman that really did not want to be there( sorry you had to work) My upgrade was showing like I had used it so that had to be rectified before we could reorder, 45 mins later my order was done. Well the arrival date came and went AGAIN when i called store I was told it was cancelled AGAIN and nobody knew why? They gave me another number to call. They could not help me because my husband was not available to talk with them( primary on phone) Long story short I had to call verizon to get my upgrade back AGAIN . I do not recommend Best Buy for cellphone purchase
